The new cutting-edge conversion kit from ElectricKit. With all the engineering prowess of the ElectricKit Classic but now complete with our new state-of-the-art touch screen control system. With its sleek and easy to use interface giving you control over where you want the heat and how much. Available for purpose built cookers and 30amp cookers 2 & 4 Ovens.
The top number on the oven display represents the temperature the oven has reached and the set value is the target temperature.
Once set the top and middle oven elements kick into action heating both ovens. Under stable constant running conditions, the bottom oven runs at approximately 65% of the top oven temperature and this temperature can also be reduced with the use of a cold shelf.
The ElectricKit Advanced top oven elements have been carefully balanced to enhance and provide a uniform heat distribution throughout the top oven, this brings a much improved cooking experience which is more comparable to an original oil or gas cast iron range. The use of the bottom element can be used to accelerate the bottom oven heat up time and also raise the oven temperature further so that it can be used to bake or roast. With rest mode you can pre set a temperature for your ovens to return to when rest mode is activated The power button will turn amber when rest mode is activated.
The ElectricKit Advanced includes two independent & fully controllable hob plates, This enables you to choose whether you require one or both of the hobs to be running and set each hob to the required heat, whether that be frying, boiling or simmer! The left-hand hob is more powerful than the right like a traditional range cooker, giving faster heat up times. Now available with larger hot plates to aid with large pans or multiple pans.
The brand new radiant hobs for the ElectricKit Advanced adds another flexible tool to your arsenal. No need to wait for the hotplates to heat up, start cooking immediately. You have control of two different modes Half Power (small ring only) and Full power (Both rings) for different size pans or different amounts of pans.
You can have this on the left-hand side of your cooker or both sides.
The Induction hob heats cookware faster than a traditional electric hob. Offering similar water boiling timings to that of a modern kettle (of the same power rating).
As Induction hobs use magnetic fields to generate heat directly into your cookware, where energy is not wasted.
Available for the left hob only in 1.6kW & 3.0kW power options.
Our upgraded ovens gives you more power in your warming ovens meaning you can reach temperatures of 250°C in the top oven and approximately 220°C-230°C in the bottom oven. This is useful for giving these ovens more of a temperature range making them more usable. With this option you can choose to have the Powered Warming plate or the Twin Radiant Hobs.
Energise your existing warming plate with our powered warming plate option. This gives you the ability to use the warming plate without having your warming ovens on. This plate is activated on the control screen with a dedicated ON/OFF button.
This option replaces your warming plate giving you faster heat up times and giving you the option fry and boil on top of the warming oven. Controlled by 2 x 1-6 dial controlling the ring at the front and the back.
Another option for the ElectricKit Advanced is having one of our wall mounted touch screen controls. More compact to not take up wall space but packed with all the same features as the regular control screen. This easy access option can be very beneficial for those who don’t want to crouch down to the control panel. This option comes as standard with the 30Amp conversions.
Installing the Smart Life app on your smartphone or tablet gives you further flexibility and can be a convenient tool to use in conjunction with the ElectricKit Advanced.
On the first screen, you can view what temperature your ovens are running at and turn them on and off independently using the buttons below the temperatures. On the second screen you can set the temperatures of the ovens.
Utilise the Cooker timer, using the clock button in bottom left corner of the app to set the timer.
* Cooker can be supplied with a 32 Amp connection, provided the left hob is powered with a 13 Amp dedicated switch fuse supply.
** Cooker can be supplied with a 40 Amp connection, provided the left hob is powered with a 13 Amp dedicated switch fuse supply.
The twin radiant hob above the warming ovens must be powered with a 13 Amp dedicated switch fuse supply.
